Carbon Credit Corp

Carbon Credit Corp. (CCC) was formed out of research undertaken at both the Johnson School of Business at Cornell University in Dec 2005, and Queen’s School of Business and the former BIOCAP Canada Foundation (a national bio-economy research foundation.) The company was conceived from a “Carbon Farming” research project completed at Cornell University (NY) under the auspices of the Base-of-the-Pyramid (BoP) Learning Lab think-tank.

In its short history, Carbon Credit Corp has helped their clients show leadership in environmental sustainability, and has assisted thousands of farmers and several nature conservancies implement and monetize climate friendly land use practices. Learn more about Carbon Credit Corp.

ISIS

ISIS at the Sauder School of Business, is a research centre focused on leveraging business tools to advance social innovation and sustainability, through research, incubation, and application. The core research themes at ISIS are building the low carbon economy, social economy, and economic development with First Nations. ISIS works to build intellectual and human capacity by linking knowledge with action to further the field of sustainability and social innovation, student development, action oriented research, and creating useful resources, plans, and capacity for partner communities and organizations.
