Offsetters announced as sponsor of World Climate Summit

Vancouver, BC – The Vancouver-based carbon management solutions provider Offsetters has just been named as one of the official sponsors of the 2010 World Climate Summit, set to take place in Cancun, Mexico, Dec. 4 - 5, 2010.
 

This announcement marks the third sponsorship with global influence for Offsetters in 2010. In  the past year, Offsetters was a sponsor to Globe 2010, one of the world's largest and longest-running events dedicated to the business of the environment, and was named as the first official supplier of carbon offsets for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

The purpose of the conference is to implement, scale and collaborate on climate change solutions in order to meet regional and global 2020 targets. Other major sponsors of the World Climate Summit 2010 include CNN, The World Bank and Carbon War Room.
