Morgan McDonald joined Offsetters in 2008 after eight years with Taylor Munro Energy Services, one of Canada’s leading solar water heating companies. He rose through the ranks at Taylor Munro to become Design Manager, responsible for modelling, designing, and managing the installation of renewable energy systems for a variety of applications.

Morgan is also founding director of the B.C. Sustainable Energy Association and an active member of the national solar thermal training and education committee with the Canadian Solar Industry Association. Morgan earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
