Rachel is an Associate Consultant at Offsetters, working with organizations to quantify and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. She has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Business and Sustainability from York University. Rachel has worked since 2004 in the sustainability field. After a year at Toronto’s Zerofootprint, Rachel returned to her native Vancouver to work in the development industry and with municipalities on developing and adopting new approaches to business and urban development. Rachel’s experience ranges from project management and policy development, to LEED consulting and corporate sustainability strategy development. Her written work has been published on the Web and in print. Rachel enjoys helping organizations discover the value-add of adopting sustainable practices.
